I sent flowers to a friend; Deniss sent me a note informing me of a delivery problem. I informed her the friend was back in the hospital and asked that she put the flowers on hold and keep trying to contact my friend and deliver at a future date. First, I am absolutely thrilled that Deniss emailed me about the problem and secondly, she continued to try and make contact and make the flower delivery to my friend.
